Privacy policy

The contact form collects the information you choose to provide: name, company, phone, email address, city, current website, industry, project type, indicative budget, preferred timeline and message.

No user account is created and no payment data is collected on this site.

This information is used solely to answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate and follow up on the resulting commercial discussion.

It is not sold, rented, or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

Enquiries sent through the form are delivered by email using the Resend service, which acts as a technical processor for message delivery.

Site hosting is provided by Vercel Inc.

Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and follow up on the commercial relationship, then deleted on request.

When audience measurement is enabled, the site uses a privacy-respecting analytics tool with no advertising cookies and no individual identification of visitors.

The data collected is aggregated: visits, pages viewed, general referrer and device type. It cannot be used to identify you personally.

If a cookie-based measurement tool were added later, a prior consent mechanism would be put in place.

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have rights of access, rectification and objection concerning your data.
